It is also just 400 metres from the Tarka Trail, where you can enjoy miles of safe off road cycling, and less than a mile from the South West Coastal Path. The house itself is a light and airy beautiful 3 bedroomed cottage, that sleeps up to 6 (one kingsize, 1 double and 1 bunk bed bedroom with bunkbeds). Recently completely redecorated and refurnished, guests can relax in front of the inviting wood burning stove in the comfortable living room after a busy day on the coast. The well equipped kitchen has a Smeg electric double oven with 5 ring gas hob, along with microwave, Bosch fridgefreezer, Indesit dishwasher, and Lavazza coffee machine to get your day started. At the back of the house is a stylish dining room, complete with bi-folding doors where you can enjoy your evening meal before opening up the sideboard to discover an array of board games for all the family. Alternatively you may wish to enjoy a glass of wine in the private courtyard garden. Upstairs the large family bathroom includes a double shower as well as a free standing bath, whilst the tastefully designed three bedrooms offer space, tranquility and pocket sprung mattresses for a good night sleep. A designated parking bay is provided for one car at the rear of the property.
