The room occupies the whole top floor of our house with access to its own shower room. Great views of Hoe Park and the city from the balcony. Paid for parking, permits available. No parties or events. As Roy is retired he is usually around in the day except when he is playing badminton. A short walk brings you to everything the city has to offer whilst a slightly further walk takes you to Royal William Yard with a further selection of eateries set in the old naval storage buildings presided over by King Billie. Centrally situated so that everything is in easy walking distance with local buses leaving from Royal Parade only 10 minutes away. New this year is an open top bus providing a tour of local places of interest. Walking to Theatre Royal 5 mins, Pavillions 10 mins, Barbican 10 mins, Aquarium 15 mins, waterfront 5 mins.
