Contemporary Studio with Mezzanine Bedroom. Dec 24th to 27th and June 2nd to 5th are 3 nights minimum stay A recently converted, stylish and contemporary studio, offering open plan living space- a perfect combination of a peaceful retreat and a base to escape and explore. Close to the coastal path with parking. Fresh milk, and some Cornish goodies, will be awaiting your arrival. Due to COVID 19 I have taken additional measures to make cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous. * In the event of lockdown or that the tier you live in prohibits travel, or me from hosting then the booking will have to be cancelled. I will offer 100% cancellation not my normal strict policy. Shower room *All towels provided. *Fully tiled large power shower. *Basin and loo. *Heated towel rail. *Mirrored cabinet, full length mirror. *Complimentary toiletries including loo rolls provided. Garden *Separate garden for the Studio guests. *Dining table, chairs and umbrella. *Sun loungers. The Studio is attached to the owner’s property, located in a quiet rural setting, with fantastic views and next to the South West Coastal path. Circular walks are also available locally, and we are a short drive from the town of Looe, with its beach, numerous shops, bars, & restaurants. Talland Bay and the beautiful, old Cornish fishing village of Polperro are also close by. There's plenty to do nearby, whatever holiday pace you are looking for. I am happy to meet you on arrival, observing social distancing as required, however if you prefer a self check in please let me know. The larder in the kitchen has a range of teas, coffees, & condiments. Please feel free to use during your stay. There will be milk in the fridge on your arrival. To meet current safety guidelines I have removed all books and maps, so you may want to bring some with you. A separate garden for use by Studio guests with table, chairs, umbrella and sun loungers. We live next door and are always there to help if you need us whilst offering you a private getaway in the beautiful Cornish countryside. We are in a quiet rural setting, surrounded by open fields, organic farmland & far reaching views. 2 miles from Looe town centre. If you need to have amenities on the doorstep, rather than a 5 min drive or 30 min walk, then the Studio is probably not for you. We are a short drive to the amenities in Looe, or a 30 minute walk. Ideal for a romantic break, for exploring all that Cornwall has to offer. On-site parking. The Studio has it's own private entrance. Extra guests are not allowed. It is your responsibility to adhere to the local restrictions for your area.
