Welcome to our very high floor apartment with amazing seaview located at LEVEL 40. This is probably one of the best spots in town, gaze out from the balcony on the high floor for entire Gurney Drive (many calls it as Millon Dollar Seaview) views that take the breath away. In the morning, the entire house will be breezed by the natural sunlight, you wake up to awe-inspiring sunrises in the East viewing from every windows. The condo itself is just few mins to Gurney Plaza and Island Plaza. **This listing has been here for 2 years, after receiving several feedback, on 15th Jan 2022, minor renovation has been completed, we added 4 headboard for all 4 queen beds in all 3 rooms, made some improvement in living room area, and changed bigger dinning table! New photos will upload shortly. This extraordinary central Penang apartment is the most beautiful location in Georgetown. The view is breathtaking, having great panoramic sea view from every windows, you can also enjoy the morning sun every day... well see for yourself. In living room, there are 2 air-conditioners, balcony with great panoramic seaview and 2 outdoor relax chairs and 1 table, 1 comfortable sofa with 3 additional fancy style armchairs, big screen smart TV with YouTube & Netflix, and 100 Mbps fiber internet. In kitchen and dining area, total the dining set for 6, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, gas cooker, oven, kettle, kitchenware/utensils, and more. **Total 6 beds, all 3 bedrooms come with air-conditioner. 1. Bedroom 1 (Master): Sea view, 2 queen beds, private bath 2. Bedroom 2: Sea view, 1 queen bed 3. Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed **Complimentary toiletries including toilet papers, shampoo, and body wash are included. 1. Private bath (Master) : Heated shower, toilet, basin, and mirror 2. Shared bath: Heated shower, toilet, basin, and mirror 3. Maid bath: Heated shower, toilet, basin, and mirror **Towels, hair dryers, iron, and ironing board are provided.. Washing machine is at the kitchen area, please bring your own detergent to wash. Gurney Plaza Mall or Straits Quay Marina Mall, both are just 3mins drive from the condo. Within 5mins walk there is a Cold Storage Supermarket in Island Plaza Mall. The Precinct 10 is just next the condo also offers a variety of restaurants. There is also a Starbucks next door. You will have access to the swimming pool, gym, and playground on the 5th floor. 2 free indoor secured car park are provided during your stay. If you need any help or guidance, I'll be happy to assist you with anything you might need, giving the advice, and sharing local knowledge. But if you need full privacy, I'll happily respect it. So it's up to you to decide how much interaction you require. This is a middle high end expatriate district that is only about 3 mins drive away from the famous Gurney drive, 10mins drive from Georgetown town centre, and 20mins drive to Batu Feringgi beach! Within 5mins walk there is a Cold Storage Super Market in Island Plaza Shopping Mall. The Precinct 10 next to us also offers a variety of restaurants. There is also a Starbucks next door. The best way to get around is by car, you can download the application called Grab. Grab works just like Uber, usually your driver will arrive within 10mins, just a great timing for you to come down from our apartment to be picked up by the Grab driver. 1. When making reservation, kindly select the exact number of person coming including adults, children, and infants. 2. We are just away from text or call, do not hesitate to update us if you are facing any problems during your stay, we will try to assist you as much as we can. 3. House rules are there, mainly to protect you and the house as good as possible. No smoking inside the house, and no party. If either found, RM400 security deposit will be forfeited. 4. If any items found missing or broken, please inform immediately to avoid any misunderstanding. It needs to be fair for both host and guest. 5. Our checkin time is anytime from 3pm, whereas checkout time is 11am, we charge a RM60/hour for late checkout.
