Urban home with the view over city

Great urban retreat above the city will give you 180 degree skyline of Ljubljana and all the quiet and comfort you need for a comfortable rest. Free parking and public transport (bus, bicikelj) just in front of the house. The apt has big living room with complete and fully equipped kitchen (electric induction cooker, electric cattle, toaster, a lot of pots and pans), bedroom with king size bed and additional reclining couch-bed in the living room (sleeps two). Everything very modern and tidy. There is shower in the bathroom and the toilet is separate. nice balcony with the wiew over half of the city. High speed internet available in apt (20/10) You will have the appartment just for yourself. It is located in a block of flats, 7th floor. I will meet you at check-in and I can offer assistance on request. Great location beside the new urban cultural center KinoSisika with a lot of events, concerts etc. Shops, restaurants and bars are all around the apt. Also a lot of possibilities for outdoor activities, big recreational area/park is two blocks further, good for walking, running, trim, fitness. There is a lot of direct busses going to center from right in front of the house, but the center is within walking distance: - 20 minute walk to old town through city park Tivoli - 30 seconds walk to public transport :) - some of the most frequent bus lines and bike rental station - plenty of groceries, bars, 3 restaurants, post office etc - next door to Kino Šiška Center for Urban Culture - 3 minute drive to the highway No pets live on the premisses. No pets allowed. No people above 95 kg weight because the furniture is not suitable for more :-) No backpackers im not a hostel:)
