Perfect for families or cosy for couples. New organic sheets and towels. One thing to note - access is via a narrow gate off the street. It seems daunting at first but is do-able in a transit van. Parking outside the The Barn is via a narrow alley, but totally do-able and space for 2 cars, 3 with a squeeze. Everything in Modbury is walk-able to shops and pubs. We don't live far away and can be available for help and advice. In the heart of the South Hams, everything is close by - beaches, moor, Bantham, Salcombe, River Dart, Dartmouth, Dittisham - all very easy. Handy amenities - Co-op, deli, post office, local market in summer, pharmacy, some independent stores, gallery, gift store etc. Three pubs all less than 5 mins walk. Lovely local walks from the house. Plenty walks on the coast path or on Dartmoor. Access to parking is through a narrow gateway which you need to approach from one way, but it's big enough for a Luton van at least. There is a bus service which runs through Modbury. Closest train station is Plymouth. Closest airport Exeter.
