There are three well-sized bedrooms at Karekare Luxury Escape, providing ample space for up to six guests to stay. Bedroom one offers a spacious queen bed and private ensuite, whilst bedroom two offers a queen bed, and bedroom three two singles. The brand new stainless steel kitchen has everything you need to start your morning right, including a nespresso coffee machine to make that all important flat white. When you’re ready to kick back at the end of the day, the lounge also has a Smart TV with Freeview and Apple TV for your enjoyment. An outdoor alfresco dining and entertaining provides a gorgeous space to share a meal with the family, complete with a BBQ, dining table and chairs and two beautiful outdoor lounge settings to enjoy with your morning coffee or afternoon glass of vino. From here, you have the chance to truly unwind and embrace the surrounding Karekare landscape. The property offers close access to Karekare Beach with it's on private track connecting to The Ahu Ahu trail which takes you to the magical sunset spot above Karekare Beach. The beach can also be reached by car or on foot in less than 5 minutes. A two-minute drive will also find you at Karekare Falls, a lush tropical waterfall that will make you second-guess whether you’re still in New Zealand. If you fancy a trip slightly further afield, a 12-minute drive will find you at the iconic Piha Beach, where you might enjoy lunch at one of the fabulous café’s, an adventurous climb up famous Lion Rock, or just a relaxing stroll along the beach. Come and experience a holiday home like no other and take in the majesty of Karekare. We are close by if there are any issues and are available by phone and text if you have any questions. We have a BBQ available upon request. We are on tank water so we have to ask that guests have short showers, and use the water carefully ie no running taps etc. We have a strictly no parties policy. There are security cameras at the outside entrances to the house. We also ask you to keep the noise down after 10pm as it travels throughout the valley to our lovely neighbours. The property is about 4.5 acres and you are located at the top of the hill. We live next door at the bottom of the hill. Mobile phone coverage is not great but our wifi is great and we use wifi calling successfully.
