Pick-up service from-to the bus stops nearby home ^^Refresh your tired body and mind at the clean, quiet, comfortable house with the tranquil countryside landscapes, and free well-being organic breakfast. ^^Free pick-up to and from, itinerary suggestion, restaurants recommendation, information about traffic to other tour area (Seoul, Busan,Gyungju,Jeju,etc.) and the typhical sightseeing places. Morning walk together along the path of big pine trees mountain and forest with clean and fresh air, birds' song and wild flowers. ^^Common comments by the guests - English communication, itinerary suggestion, good restaurants recommendation and public traffic information for foreign guests are provided in detail. - deep, comfortable sleeping in the clean, quiet,comfortable and dark bedroom - organic breakfast menu is nutritive (free) - very short distance from the place and convenient public transport to Seorak mountain, east sea beaches, Sokcho city and the typical tourist attractions around East Sea. - clean, comfortable home staying surrounded by beautiful garde(URL HIDDEN)and pine tree-covered mountains in countryside. - Kind and warm-hearted service by the host and hostess. - Not commercial- only one team guest( single or couple or family ) is hosted a day for more comfortable hosting) ##The place has four rooms in a house. The two rooms are used for the guest. No partition. The host rooms are more than 10 meters away from the guest room. The living room is used together with the host and guest, but one of the toilets is exclusively used for the guest. The host do the best to help the guest stay comfortably like home. *Two rooms- - Double bedroom ( one night, one or two guests) - krw70,000 (peak season 7/25 - 8/25 krw80,000 , but krw70,000 for single guest) -Two rooms(double and single bedroom, one night, 3 guests) - krw105,000 (peak season 7/25 - 8/25 krw110,000) - If you like to book for 3 guests, make a reservation of the double bedroom for 3 persons(krw105,000). If so, a double bedroom and a single bedroom are provided. - For four guests, with the two rooms provided, another bed is made on the floor of double bedroom. ##More than 2 nights booking is preferred. *Female single, male& female couple and family guests are welcommed. * Male single, male couple guests are not acceptable in principle, so much sorry. *Well-being organic food breakfast with desert (fruit, coffee or tea) is provided without charge, but lunch and evening meal are not provided. ( breakfast time: 8 am ) * Cooking is not allowed. *You can enjoy playing piano for yourself in the single bedroom. *You can enjoy sunlight sitting on the chair in the lawn garden. *The host retired from a foreign bank as a director, so english communication and deep understanding on foreigners would help them make more cheerful trips and staying at the house more warmly and freindly. * Near my house there are lots of sightseeing places around east sea, beaches, Seorak mountain national park, Sockcho and Yangyang city areas (ten to twenty minutes' drive away from my house). If you are not with your car, I pick u up twice a day without charge to the nearest bus stops just 5 minutes' drive away from the place. You can easily and conveniently reach the sightseeing places and Sokcho and Yangyang city area. The bus runs frequently till late night) You can definitly save your tour time and feel more convenience to to reach the places you like to go. *At every 10 minutes the buses run from Sokcho city to Seorak mountain and to Yangyang city(after 7pm- at every 20 minutes), There are beautiful sightseeing places along the bus routes. The nearest bus stops are about five minutes' drive away from my house. So my house could be a good place to make a tour to eastern regions of South Korea. *The free pick-up service from the bus station in Sokcho or Yangyang city to my place on the coming and leaving days. During your stay at my house, I give you a ride to the nearest bus stops from the place, which you can take a bus easily for Seoraksan mountain and tourist attractions, Skcho and Yangyang city. *Guests can get help from the host and hostess to use the facilities(refrigerator,iron,washer) in the house. *Not frequently,but very often *The guests from UK, US, Singapore, France, Australia, Korea,HK, China, Switzland, Germany,NZ, Israel, Malaysia,Argentina already stayed at my house, and I really like to exchange messages with all my heart. My house is located nearby lots of sightseeing places like East Sea, Sorak mountain national park and Sokcho and Yangyang old markets. (five to twenty minutes away from the house) It is in a very small, quiet village surounded by mountains with pine trees, so the guests can breath fresh air, take a good walk and see sunrise from East Sea and moon, twinkling stars in the sky at night. The hot spring spa is also not far from my house, so you can reach there in 20 minutes by car and see the beautiful landscapes of Seorak mountain, rice farm and etc. Convenient public transpor nearby the house. Calm and beautiful countryside, walk in pine tree forest and rice farm, some good restaurants, hot spring spa, deep and calm valleys, corn and peach farms, beautiful beaches, temples with long history, raw fish restaurants, calm and gorgeous river bank, etc. around my house Single, couple and family guests are welcomed, but single or couple male guests are not acceptable.
