You will access to 2 different laundry rooms and dryers I will assist and give you tips around the place. I will be contactable 24 hours for my guest. Since it is a tourist country I do not feel good that my guest pay higher than usual price or get scammed/ripped off by people while traveling. Super Cheap Fresh flower market! Open 24HRS. Fruits and local food also available. This will be a perfect place to walk around. To get here just take GRAB or local taxi. Destination "Flower Marker Talingchan". ✦ICONSIAM: BTS to "Sapan Taksin" Exit 2. Take Ferry every 15 Minutes. BTS to "Krungthonburi" Exit.1. Take Shuttle bus to Iconsiam. ✦Asiatique River Front: Lovely Place to hangout in the evening and have dinner. Take the BTS to "Sapan Taksin" and take the "Asiatique shuttle boat" Enjoy the river front open area mall and take a ride on the ferris wheel for ultimate Bangkok's river sight. ✦Khlong Lat Mayom floating Market: A hidden gem located near the resident. You can simply take a taxi/uber from the resident, or take the BTS to "Wongwianyai" station which is only few stations away and take a taxi taxi/uber from there. A perfect local culture experience surprisingly you can get a foot massage under a tree for 200 Baht over there ! ✦Food Villa Ratchapruek: 10km from Condo. A must go for lunch or dinner ! Local fruits , food, snacks, drinks , Gift shops & much more available here. This will be a different experience. A vast open air mall with plenty of local food stalls "every Thai dish" will be found here at local prices. Best to go during lunch hours or evening time. Evening time most of the popular food stalls brands will come and sell their food here.
