Mode Like Home is a whole home with garden for rent, for 2 up to 6 people. Ideal for holiday and business travel: three-room holiday house in Modena on two floors wit kitchen, two bathrooms and all comforts. Located in a quiet residential area, just 3 kilometers from the centre. Mode Like Home is located in a public park and 800 meters from the largest park in Modena (Enzo Ferrari Park). You will have an equipped kitchen, complete with new tableware, with gas stove, electric oven and Nespresso coffee machine. We always leave tea, herbal teas, sugar, coffee, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and salt available to our guests. In the bright lounge you will find a Smart TV for Netflix and YouTube access, Hi-fi bluetooth system, international books and board game. Our goal is to make you feel right at home. White towels and sheets for perfect sanitation and at your disposal you will find shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hairdryer. There are cleaning and disinfection products in the anteroom. Mode Like Home is equipped with adjustable air conditioning and heating, free and unlimited high speed Wi-Fi and USB sockets for battery charging of the devices. The house is quiet and perfect for smartworking. The sleeping area is located on the first floor and includes three different bedrooms: Twenties, Royal and Analogic. The apartment has two bathrooms, one on the ground floor with a shower cabin and one on the first floor with a shower and bathtub. You can choose your favorite between purple and yellow and between shower and tub! The whole apartment and gardens are for guests, to make you feel truly at home ... or better! Don't worry about schedules, we offer flexible check-in according to your needs. Availability of several outdoor parking spaces, in front of the house. Upon arrival, we will welcome you to explain how the equipment works and to give you the keys. During your stay we will always be available, it will be a pleasure to give you advice and suggestions. Mode like Home is conveniently located on a small and quiet street in the Madonnina district of Modena, just 3 kilometers from the centre and away from the crowds and noise. Just a few meters you will find a sports center with Padel courts and Paintball while in the neighborhood there are two supermarkets, grocery stores, traditional and fusion restaurants, pizzerias, two newsstands, tobacco shops, 24-hour pharmacy, two banks, bowling, hairdressers and barbers, a florist, numerous bars and the best ice cream parlor in Modena. In the neighborhood there is the cemetery of San Cataldo, a world famous work designed in 1971 by the architect and designer Aldo Rossi: a painting by De Chirico that takes shape. The house is located in a strategic position: just 4 km from the Modena Nord motorway exit, 4 km from the train station (3.5 on foot), 45 km from Bologna G. Marconi airport and 100 km from Verona V. Catullo airport. Buses 5 and 9 connect the district with the city center and the train station. Ideal for those planning a trip to Emilia Romagna: Modena is halfway between Reggio Emilia and Bologna and Mode Like Home is the perfect starting point for visiting all the food and wine, historical and naturalistic realities that distinguish this region. Upon arrival, you will be required for an identity document (identity card or passport) in order to register for the Municipality and the Police Headquarters. You will also be required to sign the short rental agreement (no additional cost) and a deposit.
