The Space: The property comprises two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of which is ensuite), a lounge and a kitchen. There is also a small utility room for ironing and washing. The apartment is brand new, and therefore, all furniture & accessories are new too. Please look after our apartment as we have spent a lot of time and money trying to make it perfect for your stay. Guest Access: Jason, our property manager, will liaise with you ahead of your arrival to find a suitable time in which to greet you and show you the apartment. The entire apartment is yours for the duration of your stay. Getting Around: The apartments are ideally located on the Ormeau Road, right in the city centre of Belfast. Many of the city's top attractions are only a few minutes’ walk away. Belfast City airport is 10 - 15 minutes in a taxi with Belfast International only 30 minutes away. If you're coming up from Dublin, then Lanyon Place train station is a 15-minute walk or less than 5 minutes in a taxi. As mentioned above, Belfast is a small city so getting around on foot is easy. Taxis are also cheap, and most things are no more than 15 mins in a cab. There is also a decent bus and train system. Interaction with Guests: Jason and his amazing team are on call 24/7
