Charming chalet overlooking pond

Our charming cottage is located nearest to a pond and in the middle of the Sarthe nature. It is reached by a terrace with view on the pond. The chalet consists of a main room with a sofa bed serving a double bedroom and a bedroom with three single beds. You can enjoy the pond and the garden as well as activities in the surrounding area. The chalet consists of a kitchenette with a fridge, two electric hobs, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster. A highchair for children is available (on request). The shower room has a hairdryer. We offer extra linen and towels. A barbecue is at your disposal in the accommodation. An umbrella bed, a high chair and a baby bath can also be made available on request. It is allowed to smoke on the terrace. Our friends pets are accepted. Our campsite is located in the town of Marigné-Laillé, 4 minutes from the exit of the motorway A28 (Ecommoy), near the lake of the commune and the Forest of Bercé. We are located 25 minutes from the TGV train station of Le Mans and 1h30 to 2h by car from Paris. Nearby Bourg de Marigné-Laillé offers shops: bakery, butcher, delicatessen, grocery store and restaurants. The village is accessible on foot by a small path along a stream. I will be there to give you advice on the various activities we can offer you in the area. Our green Sartois countryside offers you many possibilities of activities (culture, sport, leisure ...), ask me for advice to orient you according to your wishes. Free unguarded parking is available. The responsibility of the owner of the cottage is not committed around the pond.
