Our space is a cozy bed sitting room a bit like a motel room with double bed, eating utensils, microwave, a small kitchen sink and ensuite No cooktop or stove. Tea and coffee provided (not breakfast) parking on street. No parking on site. We envisage our ideal guests will be people just needing a place to sleep rather than using it as holiday accommodation Guest access is basically the flat it self and of course getting to and from it from the road We live nearby but best contact is often my mobile phone. Once you have booked the mobile phone number will be visible to you About 2 km from Toronto shopping centre and multiple waterfront parks. The beach is about 30 minutes drive We are on a bus route but in frequently serviced. Best transport is by car At the time of setting up the booking we have a fan for cooling and a small electric blower heater for heating. NO AIR CONDITIONING
