Two double bedrooms and one single, as well as a functional bathroom, complete the space. The house has Wi-fi, cable TV, air conditioning and parking place inside the property. Although it is only 10 km from the center of Porto, the area benefits from a healthy tranquility impossible to find in more central areas of the metropolitan area, without losing in access to basic services and commerce, including restaurants, cafes and pastry shops, bars and supermarkets.
