Charming house, 25 min. from Paris

Charming half-timbered house, entirely renovated, ideally situated in the wooded environment of Maisons-Laffitte's park, 5 minutes from the city center, 2 minutes from the Ermitage schools (maternelle, lower and middle schools) and 25 minutes from Paris center by train. We have renovated this English normand style house built in the early XXe century with great care to typical materials (tomettes, parquet flooring, antique furniture) and to the confort of our guests (very confortable beds). We hope you will be charmed, as we have been, by the quiet neighbourhood and wooded environnement as well as its proximity to Paris and many tourist attractions (Versailles, Auvers sur Oise, Giverny, Rambouillet, etc.). The house is situated on the same splot of land than our own land without any direct view and benefits from its own entrance from the road. 50 squatre meters English normand style house on 3 levels: Ground floor: fully equiped kitchen (4 electric plates, over, microwave over, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee marker, kettle), living room area with a sofa, small library (books and magazines). 1st floor: 1 bedroom with a 150*190 double bed, bathroom, WC, wardrobe, iron and ironing board. Mezzanine floor (access via the bedroon): 2 single beds (90*190 cm) Children welcome: Children are welcome. We can supply a baby bed, a booster seat, a potty and plastic cutlery. To be noted that the stairs are not equiped with a gate. To be also noted that most will not have any difficulties to walk up the stairs but some will find them a rather steep. The house has a large private shaded terrasse. A table with chairs as well as a barbecue are available for sunny days. The house is situated in the wooded environment of the park of Maisons Laffitte (west of Paris), 5 minutes from the city center by foot and 10 minutes from the Saint Germain-en-Laye's forest. A swimming pool (3 pools) is situated 15 minutes by foot. Court of tennis are closed to the house as well as riding centers. The house is situated 10 minutes from the station by foot (RER A in the direction of Paris/Marne La Vallée and line L to the direction of Saint Lazare). You can park your car in the garden in front of the house.
