The medieval town of Vernasca, is ideally located on top of a hill, at 400 mt, in the summer period it's bustling with people who want to catch the fresh breeze. It has numerous restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Within an hours drive, you will find vineyards, 7 / 8 medieval castle towns, with there weekly markets, trains to take anywhere you want to go. Although there is public transport, a car is essential for touring the many places of interest. By car you can tour the whole of northern Italy, ie Venice 3hrs, Firenze 3hrs, Bologna 2hrs, Milan 1.5hrs, The cost 3hrs, etc. This is self catering accommodation, there is a minimum charge of 500 euro, that's for 6 people + 2 cases of wine from our vineyard to all our guests.hi
