View B&B L'Orologio the other room options. Signa Castello is a charming, quiet, mediaeval town situated in the immediate outskirts of Florence, just 12 km away. The apartment is in a unique, prominent, renovated 17th Century villa. The bedroom has an original wooden beamed ceiling and is very cosy with a flatscreen TV. The shared bathroom has a wash basin, wc, bidet and a spacious shower. Heating air conditioning and free 4G Wi-Fi is available. A hearty continental breakfast is included. A rooftop terrace offers 360° breath-taking views over the surrounding hills. The local train station, being only a 10 minute walk from the house, makes travelling without the use of a car very convenient. It takes 18 minutes to reach the centre of Florence. By car, depending on traffic, approx. 25 minutes. My guests have their private entrance to the apartment. The use of all bed and bathroom linens are included and are changed once a week. Guests can share the living and dining room area sitting around the cosy log fire during the winter evenings or in the good weather, enjoy the sunroof terrace which has 360° magnificent views. I'll be around in the early mornings and as of the late afternoons till the next day. On the weekends I will usually be around. Signa Castelo is a quiet, residential area which is connected to the more modern part of the small town which offers many bars, pubs, coffee shops,restaurants and shops in general. Il Renai is a vast natural park surrounded by lakes which is popular to frequent in the summer evenings, but even to eat a good Napolitan Pizza and have a dance on the dance floor. There is free parking in the area surrounding the B&B and a small area for 4 cars just in front of the structure. Especially practical is on Via Delle Mure Castellana which is the road situated just below the structure. One has to bare in mind that Signa Castello is a medieval town so the roads are narrow (Website hidden by Airbnb) Very convenient is once that you have parked the car you can easily move around by train. To get to the centre of Florence it only takes 18 minutes, to Pisa, 45 minutes. The local train station is walking distance away. If you are arriving by train arrangements can be made for you to be picked up at the station by car, as the B&B is up a hill so with luggage its a bit difficult to get to by foot.
