This beautiful roomy private space has a queen size bed, built-in-robes, ceiling fan, air-con, security windows and blackout blind. You will have your own private bathroom with soft towels, toiletries and a hair dryer is provided. The shared living room is comfortable with a cosy lounge and large TV. Kitchen has everything you need to cook or bake if you like. Light breakfast cereal, coffee & tea will be provided. This apartment unit is located in Zillmere, northern suburb in Brisbane which is about 15 mins drive to Brisbane airport and 13Km to Brisbane city. It is a short drive to Australia's largest Chermside Westfield Shopping Centre and DFO outlet which has everything to shop for. My place is in a convenient spot to access to the highway to head north to Australia Zoo, Entertainment Centre or the Sunshine Coast beaches and Noosa. Distance to our place: --Taigum Square Shopping Centre is a 5-10mins walk. --Zillmere Station (train to city is 20mins) 700m short walk. --Brisbane Airport is 15-20mins drive. --Direct Factory Outlet (DFO) is 15mins drive. --Chermside Westfield is 5 mins drive. --Prince Charles Hospital is 10mins drive. --St Vincent's Private Hospital is 10-15mins drive. Sorry, not suitable for children or pets. Our apartment has safe, off street parking right next to the road. We will be providing you access to your own private bedroom, toilet and bathroom. You will also have access to the common areas: --kitchen and some cooking utensils. --living room and access to the tv. --the garden area is always available for your personal use. --the washing machine is located in your bathroom which you will have access to in addition to the clothesline located within the courtyard. We are happy to answer any questions and have a chat about local points of interest but will respect your privacy also. Our neighbours are mostly very quiet and friendly. There is lovely park just around the corner of the complex where you can do exercises and picnic. There are a couple of options for you to get around. The Taigum Shopping Centre and Zillmere Station are few min walking distance. There are two bus stops walking distance from our place. To get to the city, catching a train from Zillmere Station will be the best. We also have Uber, Ola, and other ridesharing companies operating in the area. We are happy to accept early check-in ONLY by prior arrangement. Our courtyard has security cameras to monitor the private entry for safety purposes. We kindly ask that you keep noise to minimum at night in respect to our quiet neighborhood. Please wash up kitchen utensils and crockery after use. Shared use of laundry facilities are available. No outdoor shoes are allowed to be worn indoors at all times. We will be providing indoor shoes if you require it.
