BREAKFAST AND DINNER: The breakfast/dinner can be requested every day. Tenuta Quarrata a late 1700 Residence, which is situated on a hill near the small town of Santo Pietro Belvedere in the province of Pisa. In the heart of Tuscany, it’s close by the most important cities of art, such Pisa, Florence, Siena, Lucca, Volterra and San Gimignano. The estate consist in an XVIII sec. Villa San Giorgio and the farm house. All the complex is surrounded by 5 ha park and olive grove, where you can find a tennis court and the panoramic swimming pool (25m x 12,5m) with solarium. Well situated for lovers of trekking and mountain biking with nearby trails. Perfect place for those who want to spend their time enjoiyng relaxing moments, while being fascinated by nature. Good starting point for sightseeing, to discover and to explore breathtaking landscape, visit medieval castles, enjoying sampling and learning about local high quality food, fine local wines and oil. From your apartment you can reach the pool by the some tuff steps, a green area surrounded by the olive grove and cypress trees, there is a sun deck or a shadowed area as well. I s possible to book the use of the tennis court by the reception, there are also some tennis racket to rent. At the bar we can serve you various drinks, coffe, cappuccino, sodas wine and ice cream. our cuisine is family style, our dishes are born from the passion of using typical product of our region. We have recreated ancient dishes of the tuscan tradition, like the pappa con il pomodoro, the minestra di cavolo, the fagioli all’ uccelletto, the patè di fegatini, the pasta al ragù, the steak fiorentina cooked on the grill… and a good glass of Chianti. In the medium and high season, a buffet dinner is available. On tuesday evening there is a “Tasting of typical tuscan food” paired with wines and our olive oil.
