Beautiful , elegant, leafy light 2 bedroom 2 story townhouse with contemporary finishes. Located in Melbourne's most exclusive address. Surrounded by Melbourne's most beautiful homes. My apartment is close to Toorak Village, Tram stops, 5 minutes from Lauriston Girls' School , 10 minutes from Scotch College and 15 minutes to the city. This apartment offers relaxed and very comfortable living with a sun filled, north facing lush garden for enjoying outdoor dining. Inside there is ample space for dining and sitting or maybe feet up for watching television or foxtel on the smart TV. There is also Internet, a fully appointed kitchen, a powder room and laundry. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with separate shower. There is one carpark. Internet. TV. Washing Machine and Dryer. Dishwasher. Wall heating. The apartment is very well insulated staying cool in Summer and warm in Winter. I am the owner and will be there to meet and greet you, hand over the keys and give you any instructions you may need to make your stay enjoyable. I am also available via the mobile phone during your stay. The garden requires maintenance which is not the responsibility of the guest and will be attended to by garedeners as needed. However, If the 4 pot plants just outside the sliding doors downstairs need extra water during the hot months it would be a requirement for the quest to water the pots. With Thanks. Toorak is centrally located and only 5 kilometres from the city. 5 minute drive to the vibrant Toorak Village where there is all your shopping needs, restaurants, cafes and hairdressers. Glenferrie Road shopping stripe is a 5 minute drive. The Australian Open Tennis is a 5 minutes drive. The Grand Prix is 6 kilometres from Toorak. Tram stops at the end of the road. There are beautiful parks close by. The safe and secure suburb of Toorak makes for a wonderful place to stay. Tram stops at each end of the Road. Bus stop close by. Train Stations, Armadale and Heyington station are all within walking distance. Parking for one car is included. Taxi from the Airport will cost about $70. 5 nights minimum stay. May not be suitable for younger people. Currently, I would like to put my townhouse on a longer term rental. This may suit people who require a 3, 6 or 12 month rental. Please enquiry with me.
