A lovely, bright quiet place

Your room is lovely, light and bright. You are welcome to use my garden and decking area to relax or eat. My home is a quiet and peaceful environment. Heswall and West Kirby are close by and both places offer good restaurants and bars. The River Dee is a 5 minute drive away. Pensby is conveniently situated with easy access to the M53/M56 to reach Chester, Liverpool or Manchester. If you need any other information please don't hesitate to contact me. My home is peaceful, quiet and restful. I have a lovely garden with decking and seating which guests are more than welcome to use. I have chickens in a fenced off section of the garden. Your bedroom does not have a tv but you are welcome to watch mine or there is another tv in another room. My aim is to make your stay as comfortable as is possible. My guests are welcome to use my garden which has decking with seating. I have a lovely bright conservatory with comfortable seating and tv which you are welcome to relax in. Guests are welcome to chat if they please! I am available most of the time-face to face contact, text or mobile phone. I have private off road parking for guests with cars. One of my guests commented that it wasn't clear if I breakfast was included in the room rate-it isn't but if guests so wish I offer a full English breakfast, with veggie and vegan options, or toast/croissant, tea/coffee for an additional charge. Please just ask!
