One room in a three bedroom apartment with one bathroom. The room has a small balcony (it hasn't view but it is useful to hang clothes or to smoke there, since the room and the rest of the apartment is non smoking area). You can use the kitchen and the living room as well. The apartment has air conditioning (in the living room) and fiber optic internet. Una habitación con balcón. It is important to mention that there is excellent internet access. The apartment is old but very homy. The location is very centric for Badalona and it is easy and fast to go to Barcelona's city center by metro (30min + 10 min walk to the metro stop). The apartment is on walking distance of Badalona beach - just 15 min walk. By metro or by rodalias (train). NB! 4th floor without elevator, but of course we will help you with your suitcase.
