Ninth floor apartment with huge 30 X 30 foot lounge in what is my city centre home . You would have a private room, 14 feet by 12 feet with access to your own exclusive bathroom/shower room. Roof terrace with expansive views east. Excellent location for all city centre amenities and transport links. Parking space available in underground car park at no extra cost but YOU NEED TO REQUEST THIS IN ADVANCE as spaces can be limited. Breakfast included. Good sized double room in a shared apartment. This is a huge space. Airy, light and in a modern (2005) building. Lift access to ninth floor. Car parking available in basement car park. Roof terrace is 16 X 20 feet. Your bedroom houses a good size double bed overlooking the communal Quadrangle courtyard. You have exclusive access to your own bathroom/shower room on the same floor. There is fibre optic high speed wifi. During pandemic period the host is staying off premises, so you will have your own privacy. Maximum of two guests. Lounge/kitchen diner area and roof terrace. happy to meet and greet guests. show them the facilities. Host is currently living off the premises during pandemic period to enhance social distancing. this location is five minutes from the city centre and seven/ten minutes from Piccadilly train station. Height of building gives extensive views out East and West. Great location for the University. Two minutes from Oxford Road train station. And ten from Piccadilly. Manchester Airport to city is 20 minutes by train. Metrolink transport to all destinations is 5 minutes away at St Peter's Square. Manchester has three Metroshuttle buses with free WIFI which offer travel connections across the city. Bus map available in the apartment. I expect guests to be quiet if coming in late after midnight. And to close doors quietly please! Breakfast is included in your stay, as are towels, bedding etc. The building is on a water meter, so careful use of utilities is appreciated, especially when showering as there is no combination boiler and hot water on continuous demand. And you are most welcome to share all communal living space. In event of hearing a fire alarm, please be aware that false alarms in a 230 apartment building are very common. A burnt piece of toast can set off the system but the concierge normally cancels and resets the system after a minute or two. If the alarm sounds continuously for more than five to ten minutes, it is wise to evacuate using the stairs at the end of the corridor near the lift/elevator.
