3 Bedroom Lodge with Hot Tub near Carnforth

Luxury 3 bedroom lodge for 6 (plus travel cot) with Hot Tub. Located a few minutes drive from Junction 35 of the M6. A gateway to The Lake District. The lodge has an open plan living/dining and kitchen area. The living area and all 3 bedrooms have smart TV's with freeview and Netflix. On-site there is a pub / restaurant looking out onto the lake. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-In wardrobe and en-suite shower room. 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. There are a selection of board games, toys and a PlayStation to keep your family entertained. The Hot tub is suitable for 2-5 persons. Lockable storage shed to use if you have bikes. There are buckets and spades and beach blanket in there too. Swimming pool and Gym on site at an additional cost. Also a nice restaurant/pub on site too. A inflatable dinghy with oars and buoyancy aids for your use, as the lodge is a very short walk to the lake. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. There is a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer. You will find tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, sweeteners in the cupboard for your use, plus milk to get you started in the fridge. There is another cupboard with condiments, including a selection of sauces and spices for you to use. Kitchen utensils, pots and pans, cutlery, crockery and glassware is there for you to use. We also make sure cleaning supplies are there too, including dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, soap, sanitizers, kitchen roll, toilet rolls etc. Towels and quality bedding is also included. Free WiFi It’s a very well equipped lodge, you won’t be disappointed. Free parking outside the lodge for 2 to 3 vehicles. I contact guests before arrival and make arrangements. South Lakeland Leisure Village is just outside Carnforth, 20 minutes drive to Kendal (South Lake District) and 15 minute drive from Lancaster. Perfect location for fell walking, a gateway for the Lake District. Lakes for fishing. Peaceful and relaxing. The lodge has an information folder and a 'What to do" folder with plenty of ideas for day trips. Best if you drive, but has a bus stop within a 5 minute walk with routes to Lancaster and the Lake District. Nearest train station is Carnforth, then 4-5 minutes in a taxi.
