The sea is perfect for all ages to swim, body surf and kayak. Ideally placed to walk the Coastal path and explore the Salcombe area. This apartment is situated over two floors and has its own private access through a gate into its own small pretty sloped garden from the drive. There is free parking for one large car. The double front doors open from a sunny seaview balcony with outdoor seating into a good sized sitting room with 2 sofas, (one being a sofabed), flat screen TV, DVD player & Wifi. There is a staircase out of the sitting room to the top floor where there is a bright sunny well equipped kitchen and dining area with a large Velux balcony window overlooking the sea. The kitchen has an electric hob, oven, microwave, & undercounter fridge & freezer & high chair. Bathroom 1: shower room, basin & WC. Bathroom 2: bath with hand shower, basin & WC, & heated towel rail. Washing machine in bathroom cupboard plus overbath airer. Bedroom 1: Large bedroom with king size bed. Bedroom 2: Double bed & one full size single bed. Lovely views from all windows.
