A modern & chic private suite in our 5-unit townhouse, located inside a quiet alley just 15-minute from the city center, near the park. Hidden away just enough for a peaceful night of sleep. Clean, comfortable & right amount of social to be your short home away from home in Saigon. Rare Large Space 1 bedroom almost the size of an apartment! Feel comfortable living here with full amenities and services like hotel. Quiet environment which is just 15 mins away from city. We also provide FREE cleaning 1 time a week for you, just let us know if you have any room request. We are more than happy to serve you. Unlike many other places in Vietnam, there is no curfew with us. In addition to having 24/7 access to the house and your suite, you can also use our laundry facilities at any time! Just simply make yourself at home =) Feel free to contact me if you need any advise or help during your stay at my townhouse. Please switch off lights, air conditioner and water heater when leaving the apartment. We discourage smoking in the apartments but if you do so, please open windows when smoking. No loud music and parties after 1030pm to ensure that our residents with young children are not disturbed.
