Has become available 2020! No roads to cross, just straight out the back door onto the beach for a walk, swim, boarding or fishing, group beach firepit! Beautiful, open beach house layout - this house is filled with lots of natural light both upstairs and downstairs. Both levels have large balconies which are great for entertaining and relaxing as you take in the beautiful scenery. Birdlife galore, wildlife watcher's, Dolphin's, Rock Snorkeling! Private entertaining area (undercover) encompassing beachfront. Both with full outdoor furnishings to relax on or have a family meal watching the sunrise or set. Full kitchen facilities, coffee, tea, sugar etc, dual cycle air conditioned on both levels, large indoor dining area. All this right at the waters edge! One seater & Two seater Kayak's w/ lifejackets & oars provided. Free parking for two (2) cars + street parking. Local shop & liquor store serving cooked fish 'n' chips, hamburgers, general store and we believe the best oyster's whom you can buy direct from is only a 2 min walk away. Bateman's Bay main shopping centre & attractions is a short 15 min stroll or 3 min car ride across the new bridge. Buses are available hourly at the corner bus stop. All clubs in Batemans Bay provide pickup & drop off courtesy buses to our front door! WiFi available for work but can be slow on occassions to stream due to being in regional area. Please treat the beach house as you would your own, as it is our family's well loved getaway. Sorry, but we ONLY accept children over the age of 12 years old, due to breakable items throughout the beach house. Guests have Full 2 level Beach House - total access! We have a helpline number for guests while staying at the beach house. Help with anything, information etc via caretaker, is available 24-7 on the phone number located on the fridge. Surfside is a beautiful and quiet spot only a minute over the bridge and a short stroll to the main town of Batemans Bay. Enjoy the tranquillity and beautiful natural flat beach and surrounds as you relax with your family and friends. The bird life is amazing, hand feed them! See the bay's Dolphins swim past early morning with luck! Great for all ages above 12 yo. A Priors bus service ( No 757) is provided just around the corner (about 1 minute walk from beach house) located on the corner of Wharf Rd & Foam St, which will take you directly into major Batemans Bay shopping malls, supermarkets, movie cinema and many other holiday activities. Note: Please bring your OWN beach towels though! ----- COVID-19 Departing House Rules ------- So our cleaners are safe, If you can make sure before your departure, to quickly sweep any sand or food crumbs up, (Broom Or Vac Provided In Laundry), give the table's used a quick wipe over, place all rubbish (bagged) into the outside bins, please make sure any movement of furniture etc (inside /outside) is placed back where it belongs & if possible the dishwasher running, basically leaving the beach house the same as arrival. We do charge for cleaning, but most of that cost is dedicated at present to the (3) bathrooms/toilets being sanitised for COVID-19 regulations. So if possible, clean as you go during your stay so the villa is much the same condition as it was when entering. Thanking you in advance!
