The deluxe room with garden, mini swimming pool or steam bath in Otranto The room is in an ancient farmhouse which today is a renovated accommodation facility with swimming pool, breakfast and à-la-carte restaurant. The room is on the ground floor and it has access with code system, introduced by the pertinent and exclusive garden, fenced by hedges, partially covered and with outdoor furniture. The room is furnished with a double bed and sofas and equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, internet, kettle, mini-bar with several types of wine, safe, hair-dryer, tv. Breakfast is served in the garden under the pergola or in the restaurant. Daily cleaning with change of linen and towels is included. There are two units, one with mini swimming pool in the garden and easily accessible with wheelchair and the other with steam bath. The surroundings of Masseria Longa in Otranto The Masseria, which used to be called "La Longa", is characterized by a rural history and it dates back to 1696. During the centuries, it underwent many changes such as the passage from the olive oil production to shoots plantation. Today it`s a beautiful oasis, equipped with every accessory. Otranto is one of the most beautiful towns in Salento, with its history and architectural charm, in its old town centre with castle and bastions overlooking the sea. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Shared pool available from May to October. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - Breakfast available from 8am to 10am. - Third bed available with extra price of euro 50 per day upon request.
