Apartment L'Ulivo, in villa w/ pool

"L'Ulivo" is a 64 sm apartment, composed by two bedrooms, a mezzanine - sleeping accomodation for 6 persons -, a living room w/ a kitchen and a bathroom. Situated in the residence "La Casa Trasparente", there is a park, a pool and a big terrace. L'Ulivo is one of the 4 touristic apartments of the residence: La Casa Trasparente. Fully furnished, L'Ulivo is decorated in the same style of the master apartments, with antique furnitures but modern and functioning services; it has access to the garden and it can host up to 6 persons. The guests have access to a big shady parking lot -- near to the park, in which there is a pool and furniture for relaxing. You'll find there a big terrace that is softly lightened in the evening, and that embraces - with tables, chairs and benches - all who like to eat out of doors. In the park there are seesaws, trampolins, pulley, liane and a slipway that attract the kids and let the adults - for whom there are a ping-pong table, table football and darts - to have space for some relax. Marialuisa and Piero, the house masters, live in La Casa Trasparente and they gladly share the external area with the guests. At the arrival, the guests receive an envelope containing the maps of the cities of art and the explicative brochure on most of them. On demand, Marialuisa and Piero furnish indications on tipycal restaurants, wine bars and local distillery, fry shops, country festival and trades, as well as factory outlet in order to permit the hosts a correct and cheap shopping. L'Ulivo is an apartment that faces a valley of the Berici Hills, in a quiet place, far from the noises of the city but, in the meantime, near to the city, Vicenza, that is just 4,5 km far. In the evening you can listen to the nightingales, the crickets and the frogs singing -- and, coming back from the city, it's not unusual to find hares, pheasants or fawns. Here the nature is respected, thereby it show itself in all his beauty. The energy is produced locally with photovoltaic panels and the hot water with solar panels. La Casa Trasparente, thereby the apartment "L'Ulivo" are located in Arcugnano (VI), in Perarolo suburb. It's necessary to have a own vehicle, because the autobus that connect to the city isn't very frequent. Note. During the central summer months (july/august) and during the "super promotion" periods the rent is only for a week, from saturday to saturday (so there's not the opportunity to rent for less than 7 days).
