Modern and peaceful home close to city centre

The house is within a 20 min walk to the city centre, the ANU and the AIS, all accessed through a network of walking/bike paths. The O'Connor shops are only 500m with restaurants, pub, supermarket and bus stop. The Dickson eating precinct and shops is only a 5 min drive. The house is on a quiet, leafy residential street and provides all mod cons. You are welcome to enjoy my lovely home which is suitable for holiday and business travelers whether families, couples or solo adventurers. The house has a large master bedroom with a king sized bed and a second bedroom with bunk beds. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge room. There is a corner spa bath, separate shower with a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast. You can enjoy Netflix shows using the Apple TV media centre on the 50 " plasma TV while reclining in the comfortable chairs and on the sofa in the living room. Please note: if you book for one or two people you will be given access to only the master bedroom. If you need two separate bedrooms please book for a minimum of 3 people. I can either meet you at the house to give you a key and a brief tour or leave the key the lock box on the property. I am on the end of the phone and live nearby if you need anything during your stay. There are buses running from nearby Miller Street and the O'Connor shops giving access to the city centre, the ANU, Dickson shopping centre and Belconnen. The interconnected network of ACT walking and bike paths is accessed from behind the O'Connor shops. Not suitable for people with cat allergies as it has been home to two gorgeous cats until recently. Young children must be well supervised as there are a few potential safety issues such as a shared driveway and a short drop from the back steps. If you book for one or two people you will be given access to only the master bedroom. If you need two separate bedrooms please book for a minimum of 3 people.
