Relaxing summer house in Nikiti (3BD)

Relax by the sea... Enjoy your morning coffee, a lovely sunset, a nice book or be soothed to sleep by the sound of the waves. All from a lovely summer house that is only 10 meters from the beach. Perfect for couples, families with kids and solo adventurers. A nice maisonette providing guests with all the facilities of a small house. When you’re done with relaxing, explore the crystal waters and the sandy beach. However you choose to spend your time, let us make you feel at home. This family summer maisonette can comfortably accommodate 6 people, even 7 (including children) who can sleep using the extra mattresses available. It has three bedrooms, a patio and a small garden. On the ground floor is the living room which contains a three-seater sofa and a two-seater, coffee table and TV. Next to the living room is a fully functional and equipped kitchen. You can find everything you need for your cooking preferences, many kitchen appliances to help you and all kinds of pots, utensils, pans, bowls, dishes. It also includes a Nespresso coffee machine, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, a toaster and a dishwasher. For your comfort on the ground floor there is a small WC. Following the wooden stairs you reach the second floor where there is a bathroom with a washing machine and a large shower cabin. Next to it, there is a fully furnished bedroom with a new double bed, drawers and wardrobe, and another bedroom with a double bed and a chest of drawers. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony overlooking the sea. An indoor small staircase leads to a large luminous attic, which can easily offer extra accommodation for two or three people. The attic is warmly decorated and the skylights offer a magical view of the stars as you lie on the large comfortable mattresses. There is air conditioning in each bedroom. Guests also have the exclusive use of the barbecue on the side of the house as well as an outdoor shower with hot water always on, due to the solar water heater. Freshly washed bed linen is always provided for our guests as well as clean towels and beach towels. Reliable wi-fi, umbrella and 4 sun beds for beach use are among our basic facilities. We can also provide travel baby cot and high chair if you are on holiday with a small child. Just let us know in advance. Guests have exclusive use of the entire house! The apartment is located in a complex of summer houses directly on the seafront at the quiet part of the seafront road of Nikiti. The house is only 10 meters from the beach, with easy and safe access through the complex on foot. When we say it's moments from the beach, we mean it! The beach is so close to the house, that you don't have to plan your day and can easily go back to the house any time you want without using a car. Restaurants and supermarkets can be reached on foot or by bike, but we would recommend a car to our guests due to the high temperature in the summer time. Thus, you will be able to have day trips to wonderful nearby beaches. The apartment has free outdoor parking. In Nikiti, free parking is available on the streets or in specially designated areas. We personally welcome all our guests. In case we can't make it, we make sure that a person of trust will be there instead of us. We are always available to help with tips and extra services if needed (restaurants, taxi, bikes, etc). Nikiti is consisted of two parts. The lower part close to the sea, which mainly has summer houses and maisonettes. The newly renovated pedestrian street has a lot of restaurants for fish, meat, pizza or fast food/gyros all by the seafront! The landscape in the upper part is different and more graphic. Many houses are recently renovated keeping the traditional architecture of Halkidiki and the nice slated streets are making the place ideal for calm walks. There is also a nice bar and a restaurant. The two parts of Nikiti are separated from the main road connecting Thessaloniki to Halkidiki. In this main road one can find big supermarkets, bakeries and many other stores and shops, including pharmacy, bank ATMs, etc. Nikiti belongs to the second "leg" of Halkidiki called Sithonia. It is a place full of nice beaches, crystal waters and lovely landscapes. With one of the longest beaches in the whole of Greece, you’ll be forgiven for not wanting to leave the seafront, but in addition to sandy shores and crystal blue waters, Nikiti has breathtaking walks offering scenic views. If you want to blend the two, once a year, a swimming marathon is hosted here, with a 26km swim from Kasandra, ending here at Nikiti. There are 3 daily buses leaving from Thessaloniki to Nikiti taking less than 2 hours. The bus is also available for return to Thessaloniki. The trip by car or taxi is about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
