Fabulous holiday home in the sun on Golf Resort

Fabulous 1st floor apartment on the prestigious Roda Golf and Beach Resort. The apartment is maintained to the highest standards and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open plan lounge and dining area and separate kitchen with utility hatch to the main room. The large private balcony overlooks one of the communal swimming pools and is covered to provide essential shade from the summer sun. The beds in the main bedroom can be made up as king size or as 2 singles, depending on your preference. Both rooms have wardrobes and drawers for clothing. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob and oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. All necessary crockery, utensils etc are supplied. One bathroom consists of WC, basin and shower, whilst the other has WC, basin and bath with shower over this. Guests have access to the whole property On arrival you will be met by our agent who will take you to the apartment and make sure everything is ok. They will then make arrangements to meet you on departure. They will be available during your stay should you have any issues however they do stay off site so normally your stay will be fully private. Roda Golf is a private gated resort for our guests security. The resort itself is sizeable with various properties built around a golf course. The gardens and pools around our property are very well maintained and provide a lovely environment to live in. On site there is a restaurant/bar at the clubhouse and the local village of Roda is approx 1.5 miles walk. The town of Los Alcazares has a much wider choice of restaurants and is just a very short drive. The beach is also only a few minutes drive away. Generally we would recommend a car for your stay, particularly if you have younger children. Many guests are happy to walk or hire bikes locally to get around. Wifi connection is provided on a pay as you go basis and requires at least 3 days notice to connect this. Please let us know if you require this for your stay.
