Peaceful Garden Room- Norfolk Broads, Loddon.

There is a large garden that guests will look out upon. Guests are welcome to use the garden table and chairs, benches and garden in general for exercise Tai Chi etc. Access is via a lockable side entrance gate - there is an immediate small ramp to the pavement. The pathway to your room is lit. There is a small step about halfway along the pavement. There IS a key safe of the wall of The Garden Room. Room is totally self contained. Host likes to greet guests and show them their room. Host is often around and happy to answer questions. Email and phone numbers are listed in manual toward the back pages should guests have questions. Loddon is an affluent small Broads town. The High Street is adjacent to this private Loke so all shops and services easily walkable. Though about 40 metres from the High Street, it is incredibly quiet and peaceful accommodation. Driveway is shared with other residents. There is a well frequented pub restaurant opposite the Loke and several more ‘eateries’ in the town including takeaway food. All shops in the High Street cater for most needs The accommodation is ideally situated for the two popular wedding venues nearby: Hales Hall and Langley Abbey. Both are approx 2.5 miles away. There is a regular half hourly bus route to Norwich City or local beaches: Lowestoft, Gorleston or Great Yarmouth. It’s possible to park across from Norwich Station and take the train to Ely, Cambridge, Kings Lynn, London The beaches are best reached by car and are about 14 miles to either Lowestoft, Gorleston or Great Yarmouth. Please remove shoes upon entering the room as the carpet is very pale oatmeal colour. Thank you. This property is in a Loke ( Norfolk word for turnabout)! Each property owns their own allocated parking space. The parking space allocated to The Barn is directly in front of the brown Garage attached to The Barn. . Do not worry about blocking my garage-that’s fine. So this is YOUR parking space. Please please do not park anywhere else in The Loke. A second car or your visitors may park free on the High Street.
