My delightful double story stand alone home has a furnished large bedroom with double bed, small study desk/chair, ceiling fan for your own use. Your room is peaceful, clean and airy also with a BIR & large chest of drawers for your clothes. Opposite the hallway is a shared bathroom, with shower, vanity, bath and seperate toilet. You have full use of the house, except private bedrooms. The laundry houses a Bosch washing machine/clothes dryer, iron, ironing board etc for your shared use. Two private bedrooms upstairs with comfy beds plus an additional private bedroom downstairs with a double bed. You have shared use of living room, dining, lounge room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, powder room and outdoor area. 5 minutes Drive to the light rail, Gold Coast University Hospital and Griffith University and on the public bus route. I am available anytime by email or phone or I may be home for a chat and relax. Peaceful surroundings, walking distance to World Gym, Bunnings, and Crestwood Plaza with Burger Urge and Spar Supermarket, op shop, Aldi, At home there is road side parking for your car in a wide street. Accommodation is located on the public bus route and easily links up to the light rail access. Located close to Harbour Town, Southport 5 minutes to the M1 motorway. Basic breakfast available by arrangement for overnight bookings eg, toast, cereal, porridge, tea/coffee.
