Private, stylishly renovated, studio guesthouse/granny flat available in the heart of Naremburn - the perfect location to get out and about in Sydney whilst also enjoying everything the local area has to offer. Our light filled guesthouse with its own private courtyard is located at the bottom of our property. It is completely separate from the main house and you will have your own private and gated access. Naremburn is a suburb on the lower North Shore of Sydney. It is located approximately 6 kilometres north of the Sydney CBD. Naremburn is well serviced by regular buses to both the City and Chatswood. It is also possible to catch a bus from Naremburn to the beautiful Balmoral Beach. A 900 metre walk to the St Leonards Train Station provides additional transport options – making is very easy to get around and tick off your “must see” list! A short 300 metre walk brings you to the local Naremburn shops and cafes. You will no doubt get a feel why those of us local to Naremburn love our suburb. From there it is only a short distance to the Crows Nest café and shopping strip. We are also very close to the Royal North Shore Hospital.
