Lovely cottage with private garden

The Old Bakehouse, Penryn: a lovely cottage set back from the road with private garden and parking. There is a cosy wood-burning stove with a large glass front and a bathroom fitted with an extra deep, double-ended soaking tub. The property is located right in the centre of town. The “best fish and chip shop in Cornwall” is close by, selling locally caught fish, as are Indian and Chinese takeaways. Dogs are welcome but we charge an additional £6 per night, to be paid to us directly. Upper floor: Three bedrooms two of which are doubles, the third bedroom is flexibly furnished with a single bed with trundle that transforms into a level double bed. Ground Floor: There is an additional separate single bedroom downstairs as well as a spacious living room diner with a wood firing stove and television. There is a bathroom with a shower and large double-ended soaking tub and also a well-equipped cottage style kitchen with granite surfaces featuring a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, induction hob and oven. The garden is fully enclosed and there is a sitting area and bbq. The cottage has its own two parking spaces at the property but the access lane to these is fairly tight. I am able to park my Renault Grand Scenic in there without a problem - but then living in Cornwall we are used to the narrow lanes. For those that struggle there is a free car park right across the high street and a car park just around the corner that is free from 4pm-9am.
