"The Toffee Hut" with Pool in Dordogne

Allow yourself to disconnect to better reconnect with nature. Discover Payzac and its nautical base where you can swim, sunbath, eat and chill out. There are numerous castles and prehistorical caves to visit in the surrounding villages as well as our favorite restaurants. "The Toffee Hut" is handmade and of high-quality, manufactured by Blackdown Shepherd Hut. It is their largest model and comes fully equipped with a fridge, two burner induction hobs, a washroom with shower & toilet, AC and small dining space. The Hut is connected to the main drainage and electricity. Outside is a private terrace with 2 chairs, a table and outdoor sofa to enjoy a nice breakfast or a night under the glittering stars. The hut is the perfect combination of minimalism and comfort. Guests have access to most of the land surrounding the property. That includes the vegetable garden, under tree paths, shared pool, petanque area, etc. Since my house is located on the property, I am available at a moment's notice. Should you have any question, do not hesitate to pop by the house. The hut is located on the 2 acres property about 1km from the village of Payzac that has all facilities (supermarket, butcher, bakery, bistrot/cafe, pharmacy, library, etc.). Activies in the region are numerous: countryside and river hiking, cycling, swimming in the lake (Rouffiac), cave visits (Tourtoirac), castle visits (Hautefort, Jumilhac, Pompadour), canoe/kayak, and endless villages to visit including Ségur-le-château, Rocamadour and Collonge-la-Rouge. We will be delighted to give you a list of the best restaurants around Payzac. By air: Payzac is 1h from Brive-la-Gaillarde, Limoges, Périlleux and 2H30 from Bordeaux. By train: The closest train station is Saint-Yrieix-la-Perche (20mn) or Brive-la-Gaillarde, Limoges and Périgueux (1h).
