Our studio is perfect for a couple or a single traveler. Located right in the heart of Šamorín town but on the quiet spot. Guests will get the entire place (30 m2) incl. free garage parking. The mini flat is situated in a condo with a nice view to the trees. It has a fully equipped chef's kitchen with breakfast table, bathroom with bath tube/hot shower, small entrance with closet and one room with a comfortable queen size bed. Free private garage, highspeed internet (wifi), cableTV, washmachine. The space is actually a small one-bedroom flat on the 1st floor in the condominium type of building, which was built in the communistic seventies but reconstructed just a few years ago. The apartment is a very compact 30 m2 unit. It has a small entrance hall with door to the bathroom and to the one larger dayroom / bedroom. The enclosed kitchen has a breakfast table for two, which can be also used as a comfy work desk with the view to the green out of the window. If you come to stay, you will have the entire space to yourself (one-room-flat incl. bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen) so you can enjoy your privacy. The entrance to the building is public but locked most of the day even the area is safe. Only people who live here have the keys. The apartment has its own door with a security lock. As our guest you get also the wifi access to the high-speed optical cable internet (download 100 Mbps, upload 6 Mbps) and the UPC cable TV. Apple TV is on demand. The hosts Iveta and her husband Roland like to give their guests their own space but are available on phone or in person when needed. In the neighbourhood lives their family (parents, speak Hungarian and a bit of Slovak) who are also happy to help if needed. The hosts are flexible in case of an early arrival and/or late departure times but it must be agreed upfront because they have a very small child. NEIGHBORHOOD: The apartment is situated in the centre of the town so there are more then ten cafés and several shops nearby, local restaurants, central market (living especially on Saturday morning), pedestrian zone with small central park, four pharmacies, cultural centre, banks, post office, churches, art gallery etc. CLOSE HOT SPOTS: sports and leisure resort called x-bionic sphere (2 km), Danubian cycling route along the Danube river dam (2 km), golf club Welten in Báč (5 km), Thermal park Dunajská Streda (25 km), Slovakia ring - racing and motor sports circuit in Orechová Potôň (24 km), Bratislava, the capital city of Slovakia (25 km), Vienna, the capital of Austria (60 km). The apartment is located near to the main road E575 connecting Slovak capital Bratislava with Komárno and Hungarian borderline. The Danube river is only 2 km from the centre, accessible river banks give you here the sea shore feeling (the dam crown line lies on the famous Danubian cycling route). PARKING: If you arrive by car or motorbike, we can offer you also a private garage parking for free - depending on your vehicle size and parking skills since the garage is a bit narrow for large size vehicles. (A standard personal car will fit in just fine, a SUV or van not so much.) Please ask for more details individually via private message. Otherwise you can park your vehicle right at the building on public parking lots. The parking here is for free all day on Slovak public holidays and Sundays, also after 12 o'clock on Saturday and after 4 p.m. on workdays. Small public parking fees apply on workdays from 8:00 - 16:00 and Saturday morning from 8:00 to 12 o'clock (noon). You can pay easily by phone via SMS code or cash via the parking machine (around the corner). Another option is to park for free all day long on the big parking lot approx. 200 metres walk over the main road at the close Tesco store / Arena shopping centre. The apartment is close to the main road E575 but situated on a quiet spot, view opens to the green and a less frequent children playground.
