Private flatlet in boomed area near Sandton City

This large (~100sqm) sun-filled apartment, situated in a tranquil boomed area only 3km from Sandton City, is perfect for the business traveller or a family. The bedroom has a comfortable super-king bed with luxury microfibre duvet and Egyptian cotton, and plenty of cupboard space. The kitchen is fully equipped. The lounge/ dining room is set up for TV watching or reading under the standing lamp or working at the desk. All open on to the large balcony with views of the beautiful garden. The apartment is upstairs, with a separate entrance to the main house. The stairs are secure, but fairly steep. The kitchen has full kitchen facilities with kettle | toaster |oven | hob | microwave |fridge. The bed is a super-sized king with lots of extra bedding for the cold nights, and a flat sheet under the duvet for the hot summer nights. Beyond their own apartment space and balcony, guests are welcome to walk in the garden and use the solar-heated, salt-water swimming pool. Guests are also welcome to log into our super fast load-shedding proof wifi (obviously you agree to use it only for legal purposes and promise not to use it for illegal uploading, downloading, or other illegal activities). Rosie is the Minister of Home Affairs and is always ready to welcome you and help you with any questions. Annabel is in and out and works nearby, and is always available on her mobile. Guests have their own space upstairs, but are always welcome downstairs with any questions they may have. We live in a gorgeous little boomed neighbourhood with just 42 houses. It is safe to walk. So much to do nearby - shopping, hospitals, eating and exploring. I have lived here for many years, so just ask me for tips! Uber cars are never more than a couple of minutes away. Gautrain Sandton station is 3.5km away. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats, who do not have access to the flat. We provide various teas and coffees, sugar, milk, cooking oil and S&P. I usually check in with you beforehand to ask your breakfast preferences - such as delicious muesli and yoghurt or bacon and eggs or fruit - with which we’ll stock your kitchen. Nothing better than a good breakfast to start the day. Swimming towels are kept in the cupboard on the verandah for when you have a dip in the pool. Vitalab and Morningside Medi-clinic are close by (R27 and R33 uber rides respectively). Sandton City is a short R32 uber ride away (3.5km). The Sandton Gautrain station is 2.5km away. We really are very close to everything, but in a tranquil and safe neighbourhood.
