With everything you could possibly need from wifi, Bose sound system to ice-making fridge freezer, you will be equally happy staying in and enoying this apartment, wandering out to the city centre within minutes, or taking advantage of Glasgow's excellent proximity to the Lochs and mountains or the coast (less than an hour away by car, and both accessible by train/ coach). Located in a reisdential crescent, this flat is ideally suited to families who want to be away from the immediate bustle of the city centre. The whole apartment will be yours to use exclusively. The hosts are available by phone and email during your stay. We are also co-hosting the apartment with relatives who live close by. Situated in the Queen's Park area, the apartment lies between Strathbungo, Battlefield, Shawlands and Langside, with artisan coffee bars and a short walk to the Tramway Arts Venue and hidden garden. Queen's Park train station is a 5 minute walk away with frequent trains taking 6 minutes to Glasgow Central Station, and onwards to an extensive network of train lines, including Edinburgh (45 mins) and Ardrossan (45 minutes) from where you can take the ferry across to Arran. There is no lift to the apartment which is on the second floor. Please note this is a quiet residential area and the apartment should not be used for parties.
