Sheridan and Nespresso - Rest and Rev!

We want you to experience comfort and luxury of your own private double bedroom and spotlessly cleaned bathroom. Sleep well with quality Sheridan linen and bedding and Wake up to Nespresso Coffee in your room! This booking is for one of the double rooms shown in the photos (1 or 2 guests), if you are traveling with a colleague or family/friend, we will make up the second private room for you, an additional $55 per night, suitable for another 1-2 guests. Our home is quiet, warm, private, smoke free and pet free. We are 100% double glazed. Enjoy a relaxing nights stay reading a book snuggled up in bed, or hook onto our free unlimited wifi from your device. Multiple plugs to choose from in the bedroom, we also have an overseas adaptor for you to use during your stay. If you are due to fly out we also have a baggage scale to assist with packing. Your evening meal could be enjoyed by nipping just five minutes up the road to Addington. We can highly recommend the Pedal Pusher or Town Tonic. If you prefer to order Uber Eats, a plate and cutlery is provided on the table in your room. If you feel like a little snack or a cold beverage we have put together a small selection of snacks for purchase, either by cash or internet transfer. In the morning enjoy a Nespresso coffee. Two capsules are provided, along with a breakfast nut/oat bar and tea. Hot water can be accessed through the Nespresso machine. For your convenience we have provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash, plus Sheridan face cloths and towels. A hair dryer, tissues, toilet paper and anti-bacterial hand soap are provided. Additional personal items you may have forgotten to pack can also be found on the purchase table, such items include toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, feminine products and deodorant. All surfaces are thoroughly cleaned between guests with Janola and bedding and towels are all hot washed and machine dried for both cleanliness and softness. Laundry service is available, if placed outside your room by 7pm it will be washed, dried and ironed ready for you by 7am in the morning $55. If you would like the under tile heating and heated towel rail switched on during your stay, then please just give us 24 hours notice. There is an additional charge of $25 per night for this. Suitable for guests looking for safety, privacy, peace and quiet. Not suitable for late night party goers. Check in is 2pm. Check out is 10am. You will have your own private Bedroom and Bathroom. We have also set up an area with a microwave and fridge if you prefer to bring food with you from the supermarket or leftover takeaways. That way you can put your feet up, rather than going out for dinner. For our Christmas Day Guests, we would like to invite you to a Christmas lunch with our family at 59 Mokihi Gardens. All included, and might be entertaining for you ! We will do our very best to greet you upon your arrival. We will also have a lockbox available for access. It is important to us that you are happy and comfortable during your stay, so please don’t hesitate in communicating with us. If you need anything during your stay we ask you to just text us anytime between the hours of 6:30am and 9.00pm. We are located in the private and peaceful boutique subdivision of Linden Grove, named after the striking Linden Tree lined entrance. We are the closest subdivision to town, just 10 minutes up Lincoln road to Hagley Park and the city centre. Your evening meal could be enjoyed by nipping just five minutes up the road to Addington (approx 3km), a funky suburb with multiple eateries and amenities. We can highly recommend the Pedal Pusher or Town Tonic. The most efficient way around Christchurch is by private car or uber. We have lovely walks around this area too. 10 minutes stroll to the Lincoln Road Bus Stop and there are always Lime scooters around ! All bookings will mandate My Vaccine Pass protocols. Only Vaccinated guests may book. Please wear a mask on arrival and scan the QR code. Our home is alarmed to keep your personal items safe and secure. We can also accommodate luggage drop off/pick up outside of checkin/check out, or if you prefer we can store luggage for you too, until you return.
