The Cottage

A fully self contained cottage set in a private extensive 5 plus acre garden with 14mtr swimming pool, which is available for your use by arrangement during your stay. Events and parties are not allowed. Close to the golf club, where you will be welcome to both play and eat, plus boat ramp at Waiau and Clark's Beach. The cottage is self contained with full kitchen, laundry, fold out couch in lounge, free view TV, DVD player,heat pump/air conditioning, king size bed in separate bedroom and private deck with BBQ. It is surrounded by lawn, gardens and trees, making the outdoor space private from the main house and the road. As the cottage is seperate from the main house, you have your own access and off road parking for 2 vehicles. We respect your privacy but always available to answer any questions. At the end of the road, a mere few minutes walk, is Waiau Beach. Several options to launch boats are available at Clarks Beach or Waiau Beach. There is no public transport nearby, so you are best to have your own. Papakura railway station, with direct links to the city, is 25 minutes away. A few minutes from Clarks Beach and Golf course. Spookers is a 6 minute drive. You will find bread, spread, jams, Vegemite, milk and muesli , so yes, continental breakfast is provided. Internet can be erratic, but better in bedroom or on deck near the house
