Spacious and cozy double bedroom, renovated and equipped with every comfort and private bathroom in a wing of my apartment of 180 sqm surrounded by a charming residential area with all facilities near Milan - away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Breakfast and Wifi included. In 15 minutes by car or bus you can reach: Metro MM2 (Stop Assago or Abbiategrasso) and Line S13 to reach every area of Milan Assago Forum and Golf of Tolcinasco We're a very friendly and simple family that loves to host and meet people from all over the world! Our house (180 square meters) is located in Milan 3 (beautiful residential area in the province of Milan) and is equipped with every comfort: wifi internet 24h a day, spacious common areas, kitchen and two large terraces where you can relax away from the stress and smog of the city enjoying a very beautiful view! At home we speak Italian, English and French. I offer a very comfortable room, bright and quiet. The room is equipped with: double bed with latex mattress, spacious wardrobe, coffee table, large window overlooking the park and TV. In addition, guests will enjoy a good and healthy breakfast in their room, in the dining room or, during summer, on the terrace. We have a large living room, dining room, kitchen with American fridge and two comfortable covered terraces (where, during the summer, you can enjoy breakfast in the green of the surrounding park). Under the house there is a large free parking. Check-in is by 21:00, if you need to arrive later no problem, just tell us about your arrival time before. Thank you. If necessary, I will be available to prepare a good and healthy breakfast. A shuttle service is avaliable during the morning and the afternoon to reach more easily points of interest such as Humanitas hospital, Assago Forum, underground stations, train stations, airports or other places. I speak Italian, English and French! My cozy accommodation is located in Milan 3 (Basiglio) a residential area surrounded by greenery next to Milan. From my house you can reach in a few minutes walk shops, supermarket, bar and bakery, restaurants, and a sports center with Olympic-size pool and spa. My apartment is on the fourth floor and has a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery (fields and meadows). My apartment is a haven for relaxation, as well as for families and children. Milan 3 (Basiglio) is located just 10 minutes by car or by bus from the Metro Green Line (Assago Station) and 15 minutes from the Metro Green Line (Abbiategrasso Station). The subway station Abbiategrasso (Green line n. 2) is reachable by bus in 15 minutes. The bus stop is close by my house. From my apartment you can reach in 5 minutes by car the Humanitas hospital and in just 10 minutes Assago Forum and the Metro Green Line (Assago Station). Dear guests, at your arrival you will be provided by name and password of Wi-Fi. We can add a third bed in the room. For long stays (minimum one month), breakfast is not included in the price. Downstairs you will find the bus stop line 230 (Via Visconti-port) that will take you in 15 minutes to the Subway Line 2 (Green) Abbiategrasso stop, from which you can easily reach any area of Milan (as you can see from the map of the Metro that I posted one of the images in my ad). Car sharing service (Car2go) is avaliable in Basiglio (Milano 3).
