Spacious loft suite by the sea

On a quiet leafy street, just a five-minute walk from the sea front and close to the centre of Hove, we have converted our loft into a spacious private area with two bedrooms and its own bathroom. We offer comfortable accommodation, a warm welcome and a continental breakfast. We offer you the sole use of our spacious loft accommodation in a safe and quiet neighbourhood in Hove. The accommodation includes two bedrooms, one is a large double and the other smaller, with a sofa bed (which is suitable for one adult or two young children) and bathroom with toilet and shower. The two bedrooms are separate, but you can open the interconnecting double-doors if you wish to make one large space. There is a TV, radio and hairdryer in the bedroom. The accommodation is on the second floor - please bear this in mind if mobility is a problem. We are situated 5 minutes walk from the seafront and from local shops, and there are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. We are just off the main road where you will find a very good bus service to exciting Brighton or further afield to Worthing, Eastbourne, Rottingdean... We will serve you a continental breakfast and guests are welcome to to help themselves to hot drinks (and the odd biscuit) at any time. Guests have the top floor of the house to themselves - two interconnecting bedrooms and a luxurious shower room with toilet and sink. We will be around most of the time, including your arrival and departure, and we will be very happy to offer you any help or information you need. The sea is at the end of our road, and buses to everywhere are around the corner. We are a short walk from the centre of Hove but live in a quiet seaside neighbourhood. There are bus stops just around the corner which will take you into Brighton or east to Shoreham and beyond. Hove station is a fifteen minute walk. During the daytime parking locally is limited and controlled by pay and display meters, but you can park freely overnight from 8 pm until 9 am.
