Hello, Our house is ideally located in Saint Mathurin, a pretty stone hamlet near Argentat. We completely redesigned in 2021; it offers 4 bedrooms plus 1 landing offering 10 beds, 12 at most. Simple, functional and pleasant, it will welcome you for a long weekend or for your holidays with friends or family with even a play area for small children (with games and an indoor swing). The house has just been completely renovated internally. On the ground floor, it has a beautiful equipped kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with water point and 140 bed and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine ( and optional 1 additional bedroom with 1 bed 160). Upstairs, a large landing with a play area, a convertible sofa and an indoor swing :), a bedroom with 160 bed with water point, a large bedroom with 1 bed 160 and 2 beds 90, equipped with an office as well as a bathroom with bathtub and WC. In the basement (semi-underground), possibility of parking a car. On the terrace, garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. The land of 1000m² is not closed, it has a parking area for several cars, and many fruit trees or shrubs provide apples, cherries, figs, grapes, blackcurrants, currants, raspberries .. depending on the time of year. The hamlet of Saint Mathurin, hamlet of stone houses, slate and slate roofs from Travassac, is grouped around its small listed 12th century church, is very peaceful, and enjoys privileged sunshine. Located in the heart of Xaintrie, it remains close to amenities (village of Camps 3 km away with local shops, Argentat 15 k), with an impressive amount of discoveries, visits, walks in the surroundings (tree climbing park, typical villages, equestrian...) The house is at the entrance of the hamlet, without any difficulty of access, with direct parking in the garden for several cars. Parking inside the basement is also possible. As far as possible, we like to welcome our guests ourselves, when this is not possible, a trusted person can take care of this reception, and finally autonomy is possible thanks to the digital key box. Small hamlet of about twenty houses, 3 km from the village of Camps. We prefer to welcome our guests, however the access to the house can be autonomous, with a digital key box with code. A cleaning fee is included by default in the rental price, it can be withdrawn if you provide this cleaning yourself, do not hesitate to tell us about it.
