Coraterry Place (The Hermano's Nook)

Situated in Barangay Bagong Pook, a quiet neighborhood outside the city center, no traffic noises, no pollution. Everybody knows everybody in the area. You and your friends will be safe as our personal guests. Parking is free within the premises(shared) or in front of the building. The apartment is brand new, very clean and fully furnished with basic necessities. San Pablo City's water is cold and safe to drink, and for our guests, complimentary bottled water is provided. The unit is exceptionally clean, located at the center of the building(The Hermano's Nook-Unit 2A). Trees and green spaces at the back, the balcony is a nice place to relax, light breeze present most of the time. Extremely quiet side split air conditioners cool the two upstair bedrooms, thus, cooling the entire unit. Electric fans are also provided for those who don’t want to use ACs and simply enjoy the cool night breezes of San Pablo. Parking is free within the premises(shared) or in front of the building. Street parking is free and safe, very few traffic around the area. For your safety, a surveillance camera monitors the driveway and front of the unit. Longer stay is welcome (7 days or longer) at reduced rates. The entire unit is yours to use. The cooking area is separate but within the unit. The aroma of food while cooking, though pleasant, won't be present in the living areas. A washing machine (for your clothes) is provided for your convenience. A place is available to hang-dry your clothes. Your host resides in the same neighbourhood, just a minute away, and is available anytime of the day. Coraterry Place is located at Carreon Street, Barangay Bagong Pook, a suburb of San Pablo City, a very quiet neighborhood, yet the city centre, the city cathedral and marketplace is a mere 10-minute walk. The city hall and Sampaloc Lake, a city attraction and a nice place to relax, only 5 minutes(walk) away. Neighboring attractions, hot springs of Los Banos, refreshing cool water of Liliw, Candelaria, Rizal, Vila Escudero, just minutes away by car. Enjoy shopping at SM San Pablo, only a 10-minute drive. Transportation(tricycles) is readily available in front of the building, five minutes walk to the main road, ten minutes walk to the city proper and the church.
