Semi-detached, independent apartment for two people plus child and pet for which there is a fee of 30Euros. Private entrance, bedroom with double bed max 180kg; TV, shower room with washer, dryer, separate toilet and kitchen/dining room with work space. Child's camping cot available. Private parking, small garden with table and chairs. Combi Oven, Induction hot plate, fridge, cutlery, plates, pots, towels, linen, etc, provided + welcoming package. Ideal for 2-3months stay. Our rental home, which we have named “Serendipity”, is a small, semi-detached but fully independent house/apartment (we live in the other separate part of the property). Serendipity is not huge but has plenty of space for two people. Serendipity has its own private entrance and hallway, one large bedroom with queen size (max.200kg) bed and TV, a new luxurious shower room with washer and dryer (we provide enough soap, shampoo and washing detergent for a medium-length stay), a separate toilet, and a kitchen/dining room with plenty of storage space and a table for work. Child's camping cot available. Small furry friends welcome with a one time payment of Euros (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) You have your own entrance door (two actually) and a private hallway. So come and go as you please, at any hour of the day or night. You will also have use of your own private parking place on the premises and a quiet private small garden in front of your section of the house where there is a bench and table and two chairs (if the weather permits). We are always available for help, tips about what there is to see and how to get around. Just give us a ring or contact us via the Airbnb app, (Hidden by Airbnb) or email (or knock on the door to our part of the house) and we will do all we can to help you. Opposite a church and school and residential flats. Usually quiet neighbourhood. Free parking alongside of house and by the church. The drive up is unfortunately not available for guests. Walking distance to shops and bus stop. Close to minor road access to freeway. Corner house therefore no attachment on Serendipity side to neighbours. Plenty of nature reserve parks at short distance. Ideal for cyclists and nature lovers for walks through wooded areas. Canals for boating etc. and summer swims in the lake. We live in Hilversum, a small town/city close to Amsterdam. Five minutes walk from the house, there is a bus that leaves every 15 minutes to the train station (5 minutes trip). The train to Amsterdam takes around 30 minutes to Amsterdam central station. The last train from Amsterdam to Hilversum is a few minutes before 01:00 at night (with a corresponding bus to the house). The area is considered safe to walk. All amenities, such as a combi-oven/microwave and fridge, knives and forks, plates and cups, pots and pans, and an improved kitchen area with 4 plate induction cooking plate. Towels, bed linen and pillows, etc., are included, as well as a welcoming package including tea, coffee, cereal, milk, fruit etc. to get you started when you first arrive.
