It has been recently restored and furnished with authentic furniture from the 1800's and early 1900's. It is located in the main square of the village of Canda in the province of Rovigo (Veneto). Within one hour driving you can reach and join from time to time Venice, Verona, Mantua, Vicenza, Padua, Bologna, Ferrara and Rovigo. In two hours you can reach Florence and Milan. It is easy to reach Villa Bettini from the airports of Venice, Bologna, Treviso and Verona in one hour by car. Lake Garda is less than an hour away, as is the Delta del Po, the Venetian Villas of Brenta and the plateau of Asiago. Good nearby restaurants in the neighborhood. On the first floor there is another kitchen with three double bedrooms (each with private bathroom). The villa can be used for up to ten people but can accommodate 2 more people as in two of the bedrooms on the first floor there is a third bed for adults. A bed (with protection) for children under 4 years with a maximum of 2 children can be added to all bedrooms on both the ground and first floors. People over 10 (max 2) pay € 15.00 per one (children under 4 years do not pay). *** Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a conditioner for hot and cold except the fireplace room on the ground floor which lacks air conditioning because in summer it is very cool. Villa Bettini è una tipica villa Veneta dei primi dell’800. E’ stata recentemente ristrutturata ed arredata con mobili autentici del 1800 e degli inizi del 1900. E’ situata nella piazza centrale del paese di Canda nella provincia di Rovigo (Veneto). In al massimo un’ora di auto potrete raggiungere e visitare di volta in volta Venezia, Verona, Mantova, Vicenza, Padova, Bologna, Ferrara e Rovigo. In due ore di auto potrete anche raggiungere Firenze e Milano. Villa Bettini è facilmente raggiungibile in al massimo un’ora dagli aeroporti di Venezia, Bologna, Treviso e Verona. Il Lago di Garda è a meno di un’ora dalla Villa così come il Delta del Po, le Ville Venete sul brenta e l’altipiano di Asiago. Nei dintorni potrete gustare le pietanze tipiche della zona negli ottimi ristornati presenti sul territorio. Possibilità di partecipare a lezioni di cucina italiana o veneziana in loco. La Villa è ideale per gruppi di famiglia, di ciclisti e motociclisti. E’ presente wi-fi gratuito, grande giardino privato di 2.500 mq, parcheggio privato e barbecue. La Villa si sviluppa su due piani. Al piano terra potrete trovare una cucina equipaggiata di tutto il necessario, una sala da pranzo, una stanza matrimoniale con bagno privato e un’altra camera da letto matrimoniale con un camino autentico originario anche questa con il bagno privato. Al primo piano troverete tre camere da letto matrimoniali ciascuna con bagno privato. La Villa può essere utilizzata sino a dieci persone al massimo ma possono alloggiare ulteriori 2 persone in quanto in due delle camere da letto del primo piano c’è un terzo letto per adulti (15€ aggiuntivi a persona). In tutte le camere da letto sia del piano terra che del primo piano può essere aggiunto un letto (con protezione) per bambini con meno di 4 anni con il limite massimo di 2 bambini. Le persone oltre i 10 (max 2) pagano € 15,00 all'una (i bambini sotto i 4 anni non pagano). *** Ogni camera da letto è fornita di TV LCD s schermo piatto e condizionatore con pompa di calore tranne la stanza del camino al piano terra che manca dell’aria condizionata perché d’estate è molto fresca.
