Some of best beaches in Wales are a short journey away Barafundle, Rhossili, BroadHaven, Marloes Sands, Amroth and Freshwater to name a few Entrance is into a porch and through to the hallway. The large comfortable SITTING ROOM has wooden flooring, comfortable leather sofas and chairs, sideboard, nest of tables, TV with DVD player and a music centre. The large KITCHEN has sea views and a good range of fitted Shaker style units with electric cooker, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, Welsh dresser and a breakfast table and 4 chairs. The adjacent DINING ROOM has French doors opening on to the large patio and is furnished with a dining table and 8 chairs. There is a CLOAKROOM with WC . There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor. BEDROOM 1 has a bay window and is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, dressing table and wardrobe. BEDROOM 2 has a distant sea view, double bed, bedside tables, drawers and wardrobe. BEDROOM 3 has twin beds, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, TV and DVD player. The FAMILY BATHROOM has a fabulous Japanese Cedar wood soaking tub, power shower/body jet cubicle, WC and two hand basins. Stairs lead from the sitting room to the First floor and BEDROOM 4 which has superb sea views through the (locked for safety purposes) patio doors. The room is furnished with two 3' singles which can be zipped to make a 6' super king (please state which option you want when booking). There is a bedside chest with mirror and clothes hanging space. An en-suite bathroom will provide a small bath, WC and hand basin . There is a local village pub (The Kings Arms ) that serve evening meals and Sunday lunch and for entertainment Carmarthen Bay Caravan Park is 1 mile down the road - day passes are available from £5 per day. The historic towns of Llanelli and Carmarthen are 10 miles either side with their extensive shopping centres. Pembrey Motorsport Circuit and Ffos-Las all weather racecourses are also close by. Other tourist destinations within a short drive include Laugharne, Llansteffan, Tenby, Saundersfoot, Pembroke, St Davids There are superb coastal views from the patio and garden. The patio has a large semi-circular patio (accessed from the kitchen and dining room) and makes a perfect place for al-fresco dining. Steps lead to the lawn and at the end of the garden is another smaller patio area with more views of the coast. There is ample parking for 2 or 3 cars and a trailer if needed. Llansaint is a quiet rural farming village which is very popular with ramblers Walking, Cycling, Bus or Car COVID-19 Please Read The cottage will be cleaned and sanitized at every change over, cleaning and disinfectant products will be available at the cottage also. We require guests to be out strictly on time (10am) and if possible earlier to allow us time to clean. New arrivals cannot be in before 4pm as we need the time to clean for you. Note: With regards the strange situation we are all in at the moment we have looked at the cancellation policy which i have copied below however we also want to be fair and consistent to all. So we are leaving the cancellation policy in place but should the customer be unable to travel because of government restrictions which limit travel, as they are in Wales now. This would create a default cancellation caused by a third party. We have decided to refund payment if the restrictions are still in place 24hrs before the arrival date. The refund will be in full to the customers minus the Airbnb service fee which would not be refunded in any situation. However this may mean the payment is made in full to us first due to the Airbnb operating system but we have then returned it to people via (Hidden by Airbnb) or bank transfer 2 days after the due arrival date. Please ask for clarification if needed There is LPG heating throughout; this is included in the rental from May to September and charged for at a flat rate of £40 per week at all other time (pay at property please). A cot, highchair and 2 stair gates are provided. No smoking. Towels can be hired at £5 per guest per week Two well behaved pets are welcome - no larger than a labrador.
