The Croisette and the Mouré Rouge beaches are easily accessible, only 2 to 4 minutes on foot, as well as all the local shops and restaurants. What are you waiting for...!* **The apartment features the following:** - A beautiful living room with a convertible sofa, closets, storage spaces, vaisselier, dining table for 4, TV, all this in a stylish decor. - An open-floor kitchen with all you will need to cook like a french Chef, especially a Nespresso coffee machine (what else?), as well as a lot of space to put away all your groceries, and major appliances including a dishwasher. - A 25m² terrace with a dining table for 4, the perfect spot for lingering meals, cocktails or breakfasts al fresco, while enjoying a nice side view of the sea. - A cozy bedroom with a queen size bed, storage space, flat-screen TV, and with access to the terrace. - A full bathroom with shower and toilets. **THE HIGHLIGHTS:** - Top floor apartment (so no footstep noise in the ceiling) - Unobstructed view - Dual heating/cooling units in the bedroom and living room - High-speed Wifi connection, because all you need is love and wifi - Security entry system for the building - Free street parking around the neighborhood - Main shopping street only 4 minutes away on foot. AND AS A BONUS - All bed linen provided for each bed as well as including 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person. **Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.** - A map of the city and transportation with booklet of must-see places (and must-not). - A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea...). **IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed except small sizes and upon approval. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.** **SOME GEOGRAPHY:** After just a few steps down your street, the Avenue de la Reine Astride, you will be able to pick your favorite destination within less than a few minutes walk (unless you decide to walk on your hands): - The Mouré Rouge beach, to do some skinny dipping or enjoy a cocktail at one of the outdoor cafes. - The pizza place “Chez Jean-Jean”, to savor one of their specialties (the small food truck on the plaza close-by) - The famous Croisette, to take a leisurely stroll or either go for a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote controlled boats. And within less than 7 minutes by car: - Take selfies like a movie star on the steps of the Palais des Congrès (don't worry, everyone does that) or just go to work if you are here for business. - Board a train to an unknown destination (or to just take a beautiful ride along the coast) - Use your imagination while discovering the city center but only by walking on the odd-numbered side of the streets. **And to make your life easier, we have a concierge service for whatever you may need!** Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. INFOS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT!!** Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.) IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix). And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).
